Environmental Conflicts and Ecological Law in Brazil: the Project of the Ecological Justice Clinic

Established in 1983, the Centre for Environmental Law (CEL) has endeavoured to develop multidisciplinary research to address the global challenges of biodiversity loss and extinction risks.

CEL believes we (all) have the responsibility to protect, conserve, restore and renovate Earth’s biodiversity. To achieve this, CEL’s Law and Nature Dialogue Blog aims to further the global dialogue, drive critical research and inspire transformative action for biodiversity law and governance.

The Law and Nature Dialogue facilitates the proliferation and sharing of ideas. We exist in a challenging, changing and uncertain time for our planet and all the species that share it. The Dialogue respects and upholds the rigour of academic research whilst providing a forum for timely exchange and development of ideas in a scholarly and collegiate environment.
